OM stands for Orgasmic Meditation. It is a practice (think yoga, cross fit, vipassana) that combines the power and attention of meditation with the deeply human, deeply felt and connected experience of orgasm.
Meditation is incredibly effective at reducing stress and anxiety. Science and experience has shown us that when we add orgasm into that mix we have access to greater levels of empathy, connection, generosity and vitality. Orgasm literally intensifies, vivifies and magnifies every day experience – not by changing our every day experience but by expanding our capacity to see and feel it more fully.
During the 15-minute practice of OM, a stroker strokes the clitoris of a strokee for 15 minutes with no goal other than for each person to feel the sensations arising in their own body, moment-by-moment. OM is not about more climax. Climax is a fast, sharp peak in sensation, a few seconds of physical experience, whereas the state of orgasm is continuous. OM is a safe and contained way to channel the power of orgasm – giving OMers access to an optimal state of consciousness, brought about from the activation of the sex impulse. When harnessed consciously, orgasm can enhance us as human beings.
